St. Charles Market is a highly successful development in Beechwood, an exciting neighbourhood just outside of Ottawa's downtown core. At 8 storeys and only 54 units, SCM is a boutique condominium that employs many clever design decisions to work so well the heritage church building already on site. Here are a few facts that set St. Charles Market apart from other similarly sized developments:
Terracotta Cladding: Durable, beautiful, and a modern yet still traditional building material that stands the test of time and remains gorgeous even through Ottawa's rough winters.
Puzzle Parking: Due to site constraints, Puzzle Parking became the natural choice for this development. Only the second development in Ottawa to use this technology, Puzzle Parking offers convenient and compact parking for 60 vehicles in an incredibly small area below ground level.
