Q: What makes your approach different from other agents?
A: I combine a design-informed eye with grounded, transparent guidance. With an architecture background and deep ties to Vancouver’s design community, I help clients see more than just listings—I help them see what’s possible.
Q: Do you only work in certain areas?
A: While I live in Kitsilano, and love the nearby neighbourhoods of Fairview, the West End, and Downtown, and other nearby walkable neighbourhoods—I’m always happy to explore beyond if the fit is right!
BUYING A HOME
Q: What’s the first step in buying a home?
A: Start with a conversation. I’ll walk you through the process, help you clarify your goals, and connect you with a great mortgage broker if you haven’t already been pre-approved.
Q: What costs should I expect when buying?
A: Aside from your down payment, buyers are typically responsible for legal fees, mortgage-related costs, title registration, property transfer tax, and any applicable GST. I’ll break these down in detail so you’re never surprised.

A: Everything from pricing strategy, staging advice, and marketing to negotiation and closing coordination. I offer thoughtful presentation and honest guidance every step of the way.
Q: What are typical costs when selling?
A: Sellers usually cover legal fees, discharge costs (if applicable), and real estate commission. I’ll walk you through everything before we list.

I’ll help you evaluate your options with a design-informed lens and connect you with trusted pros if you’re considering renovations (I have great connections in the city for architects, electricians, plumbers, and tiling trades). PLUS, I have trade discounts at several furniture and decor shops, which comes in handy when it's time for you to select your interiors!
